Yes, by all means there are.

FC3 aircraft, unlike their fuller-fat counterparts, are tricky. There's no direct export of the TEWS, and while I've previously managed to isolate every display of the F-15C (and similar FC3), the code involved is... far from ideal. The alternative is to utilise data from Export.lua to perform the same job, yet that might be completely switched off in a multiplayer environment due to the all-in or all-out nature of DCS's export framework - by which I mean that the export code used to render the TEWS could also be used to cheat, so it is understandable that certain server admins disable the lot.

UltraMFCD's development, as a whole, might be considered a bit "tick-tock" (to ape Intel, obviously). We're presently coming to the end of a tock, so expect to see new features in the near future. TEWS is important and near the top of the list.

Awesome that it's a priority. It's unfortunate that the export.lua is the bane of existence for those that use UMFCD, helios and the other fantastic add ons our community has created. Patience is a virtue in the world of DCS as we all know. Hopefully in due time the integration of ED's efforts and community input will create what no other has so far.

Actually uMFCD modifies any Export.lua the user happens to have installed... on the fly. Nobody notices, which is the whole point of uMFCD.

My assertion here is, perhaps, that in multiplayer there isn't enough granularity. There are three (IIRC) Export.lua switches for server admins. That's it. No regard for the efficacy of this or that mod. More or less an on/off thing.

And trust me: People COMPLAIN vehemently on occasions where mods don't work in multiplayer.

:D

Well... it's happening. People can sort out the multiplayer stuff with their preferred server admin. :)
